So where to from here?
This is your day so it is up to you if you would like your ceremony to be relaxed, traditional or have some fun injected into it. There are certain aspects that must be included in your ceremony but the rest is up to you so let your imagination run free. With careful planning and a rehearsal it is my role to ensure that your ceremony will run exactly as you wish. Leaving your big day running stress free, relaxed and memorable for all the right reasons.
Yes I am Rotorua based but also excited to travel throughout New Zealand and the Pacific to your chosen ceremony site.
To begin with let's establish if I am available on your special Wedding date? If so... Am I the celebrant for you?
From here it's time to meet up for an initial meeting. There is no charge and of course no obligation. I am located in Rotorua. However if you're out of Rotorua or overseas, Skype is fantastic!

At this first meeting we will discuss...
Your ideas for your wedding ceremony and share what I can offer you. This meeting is simply to establish if we choose to work together. I combine your thoughts with my professional knowledge of the order, legal content {New Zealand citizens} and process to design your perfect wedding ceremony.
I will ask you to answer some simple questions so I can start to personalise your ceremony, this gives me the opportunity to create and understand who you are as individuals and as a couple.

We all love for different reasons. Tell me what is special about this person - who you want to spend the rest of your life with?

Rehearsal.
This is highly recommended. Ideally as close to the ceremony date and time as possible with all the key people involved. This is a great opportunity to allay any fears and anxieties and allows all of the attendees to feel relaxed and confident ensuring your wedding day runs with ease and grace.

Our preparation together safeguards your day so it is absolutely stunning, runs smoothly,
is heartfelt, deeply meaningful and memorable for all the right reasons.

Costs.
It's difficult for me to put a fixed price at this stage without knowing the full details of your requirements for your special day. My costs reflect the time, effort and quality of the service I provide. The minimum cost is $850.00 but there may be some additional costs like additional travel and accommodation to your special site, particularly if it is out of Rotorua as I am open to travel to your venue throughout New Zealand and the Pacific.
Should we decide to work together, as your celebrant you may book me straight away with a non-refundable deposit of NZD $250.00. This secures your date with me. (Please be mindful that only a formal booking with paid deposit secures your date. Final balance is due on or before rehearsals).
